Precision Surveying and Mapping, LLC is small, veteran owned survey, mapping and engineering company founded by Charles S. Ruzicka, LS in 2011.  Chuck has over 39 years' experience and has successfully managed and completed significant survey and mapping projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic.  While much of his experience was accrued during his tenure at larger multi-disciplined engineering companies, this has been benefical as it enables this small company to be proficient in all aspects of mapping, GIS data collection and reporting, construction layout support, consulting for land development projects and also assist residential homeowners with their survey and permitting needs. 

All members of the Precision team come from a strong technical backgrounds which enables the company to openly embrace new technology and remain effective and competitive. Everyone associated with the company is committed to providing the best service and product in the industry.  Our continued use of state of the art equipment enables our small company to provide support for mapping projects of any size.  Further, our knowledge of zoning regulations and environmental legislation is instrumental in assisting our clients with a wide variety of projects.
