Construction Layout and Support

Precision supports builders, contractors, engineers and developers in construction layout.  We are experienced in working with architects, contractors and the design team to ensure the accurate placement of infrastructure buildings and peripherals for nearly any type project including buildings/structures, utilities, and roadways, as well as storm water management facilities, geo-piers, caissons, anchor bolts, sediment and erosion control measures, grading, curbs, sidewalks, paving, lighting and other ancillary layout items. We also provide wall or structure monitoring as required.

We will assign a project manager to your project to ensure one point of contact.  Our office staff is experienced in construction and supports field efforts using multiple platforms (AutoCAD C3D/Microstation) if required to enable the smooth transfer of data from architects or the civil team. We have found redudant checks critical to the success of construction projects.  Generally, our clients can expect a swift response to requests and delivery of cutsheets within 24 hours.
