ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys

Precision Surveys prepares ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys for a wide variety of clients to include national entities, developers, lending institutions, attorneys and property management companies.  These are detailed Boundary and Location Surveys with a specific set of standards and certifications established by the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping (ACSM). Most lending institutions require the current 2011 ALTA Standards.

These surveys are typically performed in conjunction with the transfer or refinancing of commercial property, the Table 'A' requirements for which could be used for any survey. The completed survey will depict any title exceptions identified in the associated title report as well as any encroachments and may include utilities, building heights, measurements and square footage, bulk zoning regulations, existing right of way information, parking and other site data that would assist a lending institution in identifying any potential liability. These surveys can also include topographic or 3D data that would enable the final document to be used for design.
