Precision has experts standing by to schedule your survey and prepare a building permit plan or site plan for your project.  If you are planning to improve your property, we can assist you by preparing the plans required to retrieve permits for your project.  Our plans are based on REAL field surveys!

Warning: Some companies suggest they can prepare site plans without visiting your property.  This is not recommended as these fabrications are not well received at the County offices. 

Our surveyors physically visit your property to perform measurements of your existing improvements and relate them directly to your property lines as required.  This is important as your improvement project may be affected by local zoning ordinances and setback requirements.  In some cases it may be necessary to include some property work to avoid future setback violations.  Precision has licensed MD/DE/DC Professional Land Surveyors that can assist you with your project.  We also offer engineering services as some improvement projects require additional drawings that require Erosion and Sediment Control and Storm Water Management submissions.  We will assist you by preparing entitlement documents and guiding you through the process of obtaining your permits and approvals to make your project become a reality!
